3. PRICING & PAYMENT Payment can be made via: Bank Transfer PayPal or other methods agreed upon with the client No direct payment is processed on the website.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that are provided immediately after payment.
5. LIABILITY TCHIN’WO does not guarantee specific learning outcomes for the client.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All training materials are protected by copyright.
7. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action. The courts of Clermont-Ferrand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
